Another Old Picture Photo Border 2

Here is another really nice old picture photo border I came upon in someone's blogspot. I saved it and tubed it just now. I wish I had kept track of where I got this border from, but unfortunately I did not.
Here is an example.

I took this picture from our patio door this morning at about 8:21 am. I was surprised to see such a brilliant full moon still out.
I enhanced it with psp and also cloned out the cables.

Download it here, there is a drop shadow which you can just use the freehand selection tool and tube it out. I left it as I liked it. This time it is in PNG format. Works in psp 9 and up. If anyone does need it in psp format you can always email me at mayflower1965@msn.com

Oh, this is just lovely sweets! Love what you did with it as well! You are so talented! Wish I could download it, but Rapidshare and I aren't the best of pals..LOL! But thanks for sharing..:-)
