Saturday Drive

What a gorgeous day for a drive. On the way home we stopped on Henderson Highway by the Red River on the Perimeter. We had stopped here before but had never gotten out of our van to explore. So, that is exactly what we did and I of course took some pictures of the wild flowers growing there.
The first picture was taken by our house just before our drive.



and next we headed over to 7-11 to pick up slurpees. Winnipeg is Slurpee capital. It really is.
