One Year of Pictures of Anthony

I made a collage of photographs of Anthony. I made one for Carlina 2 years ago and now set out to make one for Anthony.

However, I never expected such a simple collage would take over 7 hours to do. All because I did it on my very slow desktop computer. Had I done it on the laptop it would have taken perhaps close to 2 hours. Grrrrrrr but the laptop is now in Fargo North Dakota with Stino.

Well, I did finally finish it around lunch time.

Here it is.
It is very busy with photographs but I had such a hard time getting rid of them so I used almost all the ones I chose.

My Mother's Garden 2008

This was a very simple and quick collage I made yesterday.


I used Easy Collage which you can download here. However for the text I did take it to psp but it can also be done in easy collage but I took it to psp as I wanted to add a transparent back drop.
I took the finished collage to psp and added a new layer and did the text. Added a drop shadow to the text. Added a new layer again and dragged it under the text layer. Used the Selection tool and drew out a rectangle that was larger then the text and flood filled it with white. Lowered the opacity to a very low number . Merged it all and saved as jpeg.
